The hotel is situated in its own grounds, which is within easy walking distance of the harbour and town centre, and right next to Goodrington Beach & Park. However, you are more than welcome to stay and relax in the hotel garden, or enjoy a drink on our Sun Terrace overlooking the Sea.
The hotel has ample parking within the grounds, and has a host of places to relax and unwind, including the Garden, Bar, Lounge and Sun Terrace. Some of our rooms also have balconies that you can step out on to and enjoy the fresh air.
Not many Paignton hotels offer INTERNET ACCESS – we do! Any guest staying at the hotel has unlimited access to our WIRELESS Internet service which covers all the public areas and most of the rooms.
If you’re more energetic and more fitness conscious, all of our guests have free and unlimited use of the excellent facilities at the very nearby Torbay Leisure Centre – which boasts a 33m indoor Pool and a fantastic Health & Fitness Suite.

All our 26 en-suite bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and all have superb quality beds that ensure you have a good night’s sleep and wake relaxed for the day ahead.
All the usual facilities are there (Tea/Coffee making, Radio Alarm Clock, Hairdryer) plus Colour TVs with 9 channels (including all the BBC and ITV channels, plus Sky News and Sky Sports News)
Some of our rooms also have balconies for you to sit and relax on whenever you feel the need.
The hotel has a lift to all floors, plus has easy level disabled access and ground-floor bedrooms available if required.
